Coldsaver was created specifically to fulfil a market requirement in the supply of composite panels for a variety of applications.

An important example of our innovation was the installation of four large vacuum bonding presses and most recently the introduction of a continuous pressure roll bonding line for the manufacture of insulated doors.

Our current manufacturing capability is over 200 square metres of panels per working day, establishing Coldsaver as one of the largest composite panel manufacturers in the United Kingdom.

Our rigorous quality control procedures ensure the close monitoring of all raw materials as well as on-line inspections during manufacture, complemented with a final inspection prior to despatch.

We work closely with all our clients and our dedicated management team has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in one piece refrigerated and insulated vehicle bodybuilding, which spans well over four decades.
