Founded in 1995, Coldsaver Panels is now one of the largest independent manufacturers of GRP composite panels in the UK. Standard constructions can be of three, four or five elements and, for refrigerated bodywork panels, a high gloss GRP finish is standard to both the exterior and interior surface of all panels.

Insulation material such as RTM STYROFOAM is predominantly specified for the construction of insulated panels and refrigerated panels. Other panel construction materials are also available such as plastic honeycomb, plywood, polystyrene, polyurethane, nilflam, and phenolic foams.

All plywoods used are of Far-Eastern origin from sustained forests. Birch plywood is also used for floor areas. Floor finishes, depending on the application of the finished unit, can be polyester gritted (fine or coarse finish) in a choice of colours, aluminium one-piece five bar treadplate, or barleyseed stainless steel.

Customers' requirements such as conduits, window and door cut-outs, steel or aluminium tapping plates and insulated beams for fixing meat hang track and shelving etc. can be incorporated into all our panels. Coldsaver work closely with all our customers to guarantee that the correct specification of composites is manufactured to suit the required build type.
